Wales Have Defeated a Talent Heavy Belgium 3-1

Nainggolan for Belgium scored an early goal and it seemed Belgium would continue on in the tournament. Wales had a different plan and with 3 unanswered goals Wales have joined Leicester City & Iceland as special teams that have shocked the European football world.

Williams wins a header in the 31st minute and ties the match up 1-1. Kanu for Wales fires a shot to take Wales up to 2-1. Wales then destroyed any hope for a Belgium come back when in the 85th minute Vokes scores on a brilliant header past the Belgium keeper, Thibaut Courtois.

The final score of 3-1 shows that you do not need a squad filled with super stars like Belgium to win in the beautiful game. Gareth Bale will face Cristiano Ronaldo for what should be an amazing match. Congratulations to Wales for making it to the Semifinals in a major tournament for the first time in their country’s history.
