Donald Trump Will Announce His VP Pick Friday-UPDATE

Donald Trump postponed plans to announce his vice presidential pick following a day of rampant speculation, citing the “horrible attack” in Nice, France, that left scores dead.

Michael T. Flynn, a registered democrat, is a retired United States Army lieutenant general who served as the director of the Defense Intelligence Agency, commander of the Joint Functional Component Command for Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance, and chair of the Military Intelligence Board from July 24, 2012, to August 2, 2014.  He is on the short list of potential picks to be Donald Trump's running mate.

Donald Trump tweeted out an announcement that he will pick his running mate this Friday at 11:00 am in Manhattan.
