Commies & #BernieMustDisavow

Well, since the email dump by Wikileaks of about 20,000 internal emails from the DNC the Democrats have gone through a couple of stages.

First, they refused to acknowledge it. Luis Miranda, the DNC Communications Director, has been awfully silent for, well, a communications director. His usually active Twitter has been on radio silence for two days now.

The Clinton campaign has decided to go the novel and untried route of “Blame Russia“. This strategy, which has never been done by an American politician in America’s history, reeks of desperation from the Clinton campaign. American leftists and neoconservatives have done this for decades. Even well-meaning conservatives have fallen prey to the Russian boogeyman.

Hillary Clinton campaign manager Robby Mook insists that those silly commies in Russia are at it again. He had this to say:

“What’s disturbing to us is that experts are telling us Russian state actors broke into the DNC, stole these emails, and other experts are now saying that the Russians are releasing these emails for the purpose of actually of helping Donald Trump,”

I was confronted with these Russian claims last night on Twitter as I tried to get the #BernieMustDisavow hashtag trending. Even as a Trump supporter I truly believe what happened to Senator Sanders was an injustice. If Trump lost, and it came out the RNC was actively working against him, I’d ask Trump to disavow as well. The DNC was supposed to act impartially by holding the caucuses, primaries and debates. Instead, Sanders not only had to fight the awful Superdelegate system (which the media would report in total tallies of pledged delegates to make it look as if Clinton was always hundreds of delegates ahead of Sanders) but also had to fight another internal battle that seems to have been directed by the DNC chair Debbie Wassermann-Schultz. I say Debbie Wassermann Schultz may have been responsible for the internal strife because even the Democrats are acknowledging this by not allowing her to speak at the DNC in Philadelphia.

Here are some tweets accusing myself and others of being agents doing Russia’s bidding:

The accusations go on. Mook claims some faceless experts are telling him that Russia is trying to influence the US elections. Regardless of motivation or agenda the emails are pretty damning. From going after the faith of Bernie Sanders to using interns as “protesters” (this email coming from DNC Communication’s Director Luis Miranda.)

There are plenty more, but, you can see the collusion and subversion by the DNC of the Sanders campaign in many of the emails. I said on the most recent episode of The Patriarchy Show that this would be the equivalent of the NFL telling the referees to call penalties on only one team. The DNC was supposed to be impartial. They obviously weren’t and now the spin is on using Cold War tactics of blaming Russia. Again, even if it was Russia, the DNC still subverted an American politician’s presidential campaign. Even super liberal Jill Stein Called for Bernie to disavow.

Bernie Sanders has recently called for Debbie Wasserman-Schultz to resign:

I found this Facebook Post and I believe it sums up how the media has been portraying Russian influence.

A VICE columnist made this sarcastic remark concerning the Russian influence:

It is certainly possible that Russia would prefer Donald Trump instead of Hillary Clinton. I believe this is because Clinton is a hawkish harbinger of disaster when she becomes involved in foreign policy (as evidenced in North Africa & Middle East) decisions and Putin would rather not engage in a Cold War 2.0 or even worse, fight America in World War 3.

How this will play out in Philadelphia is still unknown. However, I believe the drama at the RNC in Cleveland will be a small campfire in comparison to the inferno that will be unleashed in Philadelphia.
