Men’s Basketball Team USA Olympic Roster Set

The Team USA roster for this year’s Olympic team in Rio is now reportedly set. Many players that have played on the Olympic teams in the past have opted out this year. Players like Lebron James, Russell Westbrook, Steph Curry, Kawhi Leonard, James Harden are all sitting out this year. The team looks to bring home another gold medal even though the roster has taken a hit in talent, it is still pretty stacked.

The roster includes, Kevin Durant, Demarcus Cousins, Draymond Green, Klay Thompson, Paul George, DeMar Derozan, Kyle Lowry, Carmelo Anthony, Jimmy Butler, DeAndre Jordan, Kyrie Irving, and Harrison Barnes. Still stacked with talent and can very well bring home the gold once again. The only team that has a shot to beat us is Spain, they always play the USA tough. It will be a fun team to watch and I can’t wait to watch them play.
